Pebbles

We have since also purchased a lovely wee Welsh mare called “Pebbles” who I competed in formal competions this season with some great results.

Pebbles is 11.2hh and has been a great stepping stone. As she is larger, I have to have a groom and a friend Phillipa Betts has stepped up and is enjoying the competitions.

Reg Miniature

We purchased our first harness pony, a miniature by the name of “Rusty” from the South Island. Rusty is one of the most honest and trustworthy wee horses I have ever had the good fortune of owning and he is worth his weight in gold. He has worked in partnership with my son, close friends and myself to compete confidently in harness and miniature based competitions.

Rusty shows in harness at miniature shows, He completed his first combined drive and won the dressage 4th in cones and 3rd in marathon which made him 3rd overall.
